My friend Dana called me this morning. On a work-day. Usually, her duties as the Operations Head would involve having a phone on each ear and instructing someone standing in front of her, while surveying the conference hall on the side to make sure things were proceeding smoothly there, all at the same time. So yes, I was more than a little surprised. She sounded irritated. “I can’t believe they won’t let me into the office again, not for at least a few long hours”, she complained. “It’s been like this every three or four days since last month, and you can’t imagine the disruption this is causing in our work processes!”. The eye-roll emoji flashed in my head.
“Our production unit has to be shut down too, at least twice a week, and the production lags that that is causing is beginning to show in customer complaints”, she continued. “I know how much disinfection of our workplaces is important now, more than ever. I do understand that viral remediation saves lives, literally. But I do wish I don’t have to breathe in the chemical fumes when I am finally allowed to enter my cabin”, she fretted.
I tried to get in a word in edgewise, but her frustration with all the delays was peaking and I figured I would let her vent before I can offer any useful suggestions. “And the skin rashes”, she went on. “My colleague ended up with blisters on his palms, and the doctors said he may have been allergic to the harsh sanitizers used.” I was beginning to worry now, not just about the people, but about the equipment at her office too, not to mention the sensitive machinery in her factory! She has told me multiple times how expensive and irreplaceable some of them are!
I could almost hear the beginnings of a sob when she wailed, “What do I do, dear?” This time I had the right answer! “Haven’t you heard of KleenTeem?’ I asked gently. “I can absolutely empathize with what you must be going through, but now there is KeenTeem to help with all your disinfection and viral remediation needs, just like they do for us!”
“KleenTeem provides lasting protection by using patented Nano Formulation Technology with an EPA-registered antimicrobial agent that forms a “barrier” against pathogens, enabling surface protection up to 90 days. And that is no tall claim either. The agent KT uses for mechanically killing germs, Purbloc, has been clinically tested and validated by Health Science Associates, California’s leading Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Professionals for over 40 years”, I elucidated. “The team is very professional too with their uniforms and badges and they are quite careful while handling our equipment as well. Would you believe that even our “stickler-for-cleanliness” facility manager is impressed!” I said. She well knew how difficult it was to accomplish that! My turn for an eye-roll now.
Dana was instantly curious. “So no toxins! That’s great news indeed. But what about the downtime? And you must be paying through your nose for that kind of effectiveness!” she enquired. “Well, KleenTeem has hit the perfect sweet spot here”, I responded. “There is absolutely NO downtime. Yes, you heard me right. Which means NO disruption in office processes or in production activities. You just have to let them spray, and give it a few minutes to dry and you are good to go. As for the cost part, I heard my CFO discussing this the other day and he was going on and on about how economically sustainable KleenTeem’s process is. He was so thrilled that the cost of maintaining safety for all of us is now at least 40% less as compared with our earlier service! And this is in addition to all the money we saved in not having to stop production because of KleenTeem’s efficiency.”
“That clinches it darling”, Dana said happily. I told her to call KleenTeem’s office at 866-324-2500 and asked her to check out kleenteem.com sometime. I was indeed looking forward to getting back to my spotless and sweet-smelling cabin too, silently thanking KleenTeem for my confidence in the safety of my environment.
Dana was all smiles when we met over the weekend. “I called KleenTeem and I can’t thank you enough for your advice darling”, she gushed. Not only have we signed up for KleenTeem’s Facility Safety Accreditation Program™ (F-SAP™), but we also have their safety certificate hanging on our wall now. You won’t believe the peace of mind that assurance has given to our own employees and our clients!”
“Want to know something else”, she said with a twinkle in her eye, “I passed on KleenTeem’s number to my friend who works with that budget airlines, and he practically got a commendation from their operations department! They cannot stop talking about how much time this “NO Downtime” promise from KT is saving in the precious turnaround time of their fleet. I bet it saves them cartloads of cash too”, she laughed.
“It’s time for my treat then”, I said, dragging Dana away to the nearest table, replete with satisfaction at seeing my friend finally at peace. So who are you going to recommend KleenTeem to today?
